Instructions for Using the Earthing Floor Mat Kit:

STEP 1: Test Your Wall Outlet
Use the included Outlet Checker to ensure your wall outlet is grounded:

• GROUNDED: If both amber lights are illuminated, the outlet is grounded, and you can move to step 2.
• NOT GROUNDED: If any other light combination appears, try testing other outlets. If none are grounded, you will need to purchase a Ground Rod for use with your product.

STEP 2: Insert the Safety Adapter
Insert the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into a surge protector that is plugged into the grounded outlet.

STEP 3: Connect the Coil Cord

• Firmly insert one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter.
• Place the Floor Mat where you'd like to use it.
• Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of the Floor Mat.

STEP 4: Ground Yourself
Place your bare feet on the Floor Mat to ground yourself! For best results, use the mat with bare feet, although socks are acceptable. Note that natural materials (such as cotton) will help you ground more quickly than synthetic materials.

You’re now grounded and ready to experience the benefits of earthing!
