Instructions for Using the Earthing Chair Mat Kit:

STEP 1: Test Your Wall Outlet
Use the included Outlet Checker to verify that your wall outlet is grounded:

• GROUNDED: If both amber lights are illuminated, the outlet is grounded, and you can proceed to step 2.
• NOT GROUNDED: If any other light combination is displayed, try testing other outlets. If none are grounded, you will need to purchase a Ground Rod for use with your product.

STEP 2: Insert the Safety Adapter
Insert the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into a surge protector that is plugged into the grounded outlet.

STEP 3: Connect the Coil Cord

• Firmly insert one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter.
• Place the Chair Mat where you plan to use it.
• Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of the Chair Mat.

STEP 4: Ground Yourself
Sit on the Chair Mat, and you’re now grounded! For optimal effectiveness, direct skin contact with the mat or wearing thin layers of natural materials, such as cotton or bamboo, is ideal.
